These are scoped diagnostic and content engagements. We're not an implementation agency — we help you figure out where AI fits before you commit engineering resources to building it.

Most organizations considering AI automation start with the question "what should we automate?" That's the wrong question. The right question is "which of our processes are actually ready to be automated?" — and the answer usually surprises teams.
We review your current workflows, identify bottlenecks, data quality issues, and integration constraints, and give you a prioritized map of where AI augmentation is viable in the near term versus where it would create more problems than it solves.
Typical duration: 2–3 weeks. Price varies by organization size and process complexity.
Enquire about this serviceIf you've shipped an AI-powered feature or product and want an independent technical perspective on its architecture and failure modes, this is the engagement for that. We cover the full stack: prompt design, model selection rationale, context management, tool-use reliability, and risk areas including output variability and prompt injection exposure.
This is not a compliance or legal review — it's an engineering and design critique from people who build similar systems.
Typical duration: 3–5 weeks. NDA required before engagement begins.

Long-form technical writing for developer and technical decision-maker audiences. We write white papers, implementation guides, and deep-dive articles for organizations that need credible AI content but don't have in-house writers who understand the technical layer.
We won't write content that overstates what AI can do — that's a short-term strategy that damages credibility. We write clearly about what works, what the limitations are, and what implementation actually involves.
Typical duration: 2–4 weeks per piece. Volume discounts available for ongoing content programs.
Enquire about this serviceMost process readiness audits run two to three weeks from kickoff to final report delivery. That includes initial stakeholder interviews, documentation review, and our internal analysis. The timeline extends for larger organizations with more complex operational environments. We agree scope before committing to a timeline.
Yes — the process audit is specifically designed for teams that haven't yet committed to AI implementation and want to understand the realistic landscape before doing so. It's genuinely the most useful engagement at the early stage. The technical audit, by contrast, requires that you already have something built to review.
We need access to your system prompts, architecture documentation, and ideally a staging environment where we can test the system directly. We sign an NDA before any engagement begins. You don't need to share production credentials — read-only staging access is sufficient for most reviews.
We're a research and content team, not an implementation agency. We'll give you specific, actionable recommendations and can answer follow-up questions, but hands-on development isn't what we do. That keeps our audits genuinely independent — we don't have an incentive to recommend more implementation work.
White papers are priced per piece based on length, technical depth, and the amount of original research required. A 4,000-word implementation guide written from your documentation is at the lower end of the range. A 10,000-word research-heavy paper requiring original testing is at the higher end. We give a fixed quote after the discovery session.
Most of our audit work has been with B2B SaaS companies, professional services firms (legal, consulting, accounting), and companies in logistics and supply chain. Our writing work spans developer tooling, cloud infrastructure, and applied ML. We're generally a good fit for technically complex contexts where surface-level AI advice doesn't serve the team well.
